WNBF PRO CARD
The WNBF tests its athletes: polygraph and urinalysis, every show. A pro card there is won against a drug-tested field, which is a different thing from an open one.

01ICE HOCKEY
The rink came first
I grew up playing ice hockey, with off-ice conditioning, endurance work and cardio already part of my routine. Training was part of my life long before bodybuilding.
02SEVENTH GRADE
Back in my party animal days
By seventh grade, I’d fallen in with the wrong crowd and started partying. I was sneaking off to Dragon Mart to buy vapes for cloud tricks, until my dad caught me.
03THE WAKE-UP CALL
Dad found the stash
My dad found the vapes above the bathroom ceiling and snapped my phone in half. He still took me to hockey that night, then drove me to Dragon Mart to show him where I’d bought them.
04A NEW ROUTINE
School. Gym. Repeat.
Grounded for almost a year, my routine became school and the gym. My body started changing, girls at school started noticing, and that gave me even more reason to keep going.
05MY FIRST COACH
Danny talked me into it
Then I met my first coach, Danny. He convinced me to compete and helped me prepare for my first show.
06AGE 16
My first time on stage
At sixteen, I competed for the first time as a natural in an enhanced division and placed fourth. That first prep and stepping on stage sparked my love for bodybuilding.
07WHERE COACHING STARTED
Louie, my first client
After my first prep, I helped my friend Louie with his diet and training, and he saw his abs for the first time. Seeing his progress made me want to start coaching other people.
08COVID / PRIVATE GYM
Time to build something
When COVID hit our family business, I started taking coaching seriously and training people in my private gym. I began posting more online and building it into something of my own.
09FITREPUBLIK
Back where I grew up
FitRepublik, the gym I grew up training in, offered me a job as a PT. Working there gave me the foundation to grow as a coach and start helping my friends prepare for the stage.
10ATHLETES ON STAGE
The wins that lit the fire
When WNBF first came to Dubai, athletes I’d prepped stepped on stage and won. Seeing them succeed lit a fire in me and made me want to take coaching even further.

The bulk
Seeing my athletes win pushed me to take my own bodybuilding further. I committed to a big bulk, going from 73 kg to 92 kg.
1292 KG → 69 KG
Pro at 21
From my heaviest at 92 kg, I cut down to 69 kg and earned my WNBF pro card at just 21, the youngest person to turn pro in WNBF UAE history at the time.
13JACK & THE YEARS THAT FOLLOWED
Helping others turn pro
After earning my own pro card, I helped Jack earn his. In the years that followed, I kept building as a coach and helping more athletes succeed on stage.
14STUDYING & STILL COACHING
Always learning
To deepen my understanding of the body, I started studying towards a future in the medical field. Alongside my studies, I kept preparing athletes for the stage and helping clients transform.
