01Do I need a gym?

No. The plan is written around what you actually have — a full gym, a hotel rack, or two dumbbells at home. What changes is the programming, never the standard.

02What if I travel constantly?

Then we build for it. Travel weeks get their own protocol and your check-in accounts for them, instead of treating them as a failure you have to confess to.

03What does "results guaranteed" actually mean?

You follow the plan and check in weekly. If you do that and miss the target, you keep being coached at no cost until you hit it. It is in writing before you pay.

04Why apply instead of just buying?
