• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other contact details provided when you register, purchase our services, or communicate with us.
• Health and Fitness Information: Information related to your fitness goals, health conditions, dietary preferences, and other relevant details necessary to provide personalized coaching services.
• Recordings you make while applying: the application can use your camera and microphone, only when you press the button for it, so you can record your physique, your training space and voice notes. Those videos, photos, voice notes and any blood work you pick stay on your device and are never sent to us: the application only notes that you have them, and Emad asks you for them on WhatsApp.
• Payment Information: Billing details such as credit/debit card information when you make a purchase through our website.
• Technical Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and other details collected through cookies and similar technologies for website functionality and analytics.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To provide and personalize our fitness coaching services.
• To communicate with you regarding your program, updates, and promotions.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To improve our website, services, and customer experience.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Below is everything this site keeps in your browser. Nothing outside this list is stored, and if a feature is switched off it does not appear here at all.

Needed for the shop and your account to work. There is no choice to make about these: without them you cannot buy or sign in.

• og.cart.v1 and og.cart.coupon — local storage on this site, until you clear it: what is in your bag and any code you typed. Item ids and quantities only, never prices.
• __client, __client_uat and __client_uat_(suffix) — cookies from our sign-in service (Clerk), up to 400 days: they keep you signed in and tell the site a session is active. While the site runs against that service’s test environment you will see __clerk_db_jwt instead. Clerk’s own address also sets two short-lived cookies of its own to tell a person from a robot.
• __clerk_environment — local storage: the sign-in service’s own settings, cached so every page does not have to ask again.
• og_apply — a cookie this site sets when you apply for coaching, for up to 60 days: it lets the browser you applied from keep saving your answers to your application, and is read by nothing else.
• __stripe_mid (about a year) and __stripe_sid (about thirty minutes) — set by Stripe when the card field loads on checkout, to catch fraudulent payments. Stripe sets them on this site’s address; your card details never reach us.

Remembering things for you. None of this is needed to buy anything and none of it identifies you:

• og.wish.v1 and og.wish.who — local storage: your saved items and which account they belong to.
• og.wish.pending — session storage, gone when you close the tab: something you saved a second before signing in.
• og_apply_progress — local storage, while you fill in your application: your answers and the step you are on, so closing the tab loses nothing. The same answers are saved to your application as you go.
• og_apply_welcomed_(reference) — local storage: that you have already seen the welcome card of your application.
• og.intake.end — local storage: when the current intake closes, so the countdown does not start over on every page.
• og.intro — session storage: whether you have already seen the opening animation on this visit.

Analytics: none. This site does not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, advertising cookies or any audience‑measurement service — so there is nothing for you to consent to, and no cookie banner. Two pages do reach outside on their own: checkout loads Stripe’s card field, and the application page loads a film from Vimeo with its tracking switched off. Both receive your IP address and which page you were on, because their content runs in your browser. The last screen of your application also loads our sign-in service (Clerk), to sign you in with the code we email you; it is the same service as the account pages, listed above. If we ever add measurement, this page changes first, and a notice appears for you to choose.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
